The Enhanced Keyphasor Module 3500/25 is a compact, two-channel device designed for integration into a 3500 rack. It efficiently processes signals from proximity sensors or magnetic pickups and converts them into digital Keyphasor signals. This allows for precise timing of mechanical events, crucial for effective machinery monitoring.

Signal Characteristics

Input Range: 1 to 1,200,000 cpm (0.017 to 20 kHz), enabling multiple events per revolution with frequency support up to 20 kHz.

Output Range: 1 to 99,999 cpm (0.017 to 1667 Hz).

  • 101 to 500 Hz: ±8 cpm
  • 501 to 20 kHz: ±1% of cpm
