Product Introduction

The MTL3041 provides a fully-floating DC supply for 2-wire 4-20mA transmitters in hazardous areas. Its 17.5V output (at 20mA) powers most transmitter loops while maintaining complete electrical isolation.

This barrier accurately replicates current in a separate floating circuit for safe-area loads. The floating design permits field cable grounding without affecting performance, solving common measurement errors in shared cable systems.
