The MTL3046B barrier safely interfaces smart transmitters in hazardous areas with control systems. This advanced unit supports both 4-20mA analog signals and digital communications simultaneously. It replaces the MTL3046 while offering enhanced compatibility with most modern smart transmitters.

Engineers can calibrate and monitor connected transmitters remotely via host systems or handheld communicators. The device maintains at least 15V at 20mA to power field transmitters while providing accurate current replication. Its wide bandwidth supports various digital protocols for comprehensive device management.
